LOTS OF BIG CHANGES @ THE FACTORY KITCHEN THIS MONTH!!
New Chef, new menus and new opening hours it’s all change at The Factory Kitchen as we continue to evolve and improve.
With Jacob Robinson due to join us on the 29th of October we will be restructuring our service times and menu style to suit his more dynamic and creative approach.
From Tuesday 15th October, we will be serving our extensive breakfast and brunch menu from 9.00am through to 2.00pm Tuesday to Sunday and closing at 3.00pm. This will suit those of you who often request breakfast well into the afternoon and will give us chance to use our specials board to keep things fresh and exciting for brunch/lunch.
Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings will see a smaller but much more dynamic menu than the current one, with fresh dishes appearing all of the time. The emphasis will be on using seasonal ingredients from local suppliers including Ceri and Harry’s allotment. (Jacob is already going through the new seed catalogues with Ceri, for next seasons dishes) The sharing philosophy remains at the heart of our menu and this more continental style of dining will remain in place. This menu will be served between 6.00pm and 9.30pm.
The blackboard will be seeing plenty of action in place of printed menus to keep up with this new and exciting approach, so watch out for new dishes!
Please note that for the Autumn and Winter we will be closing on a Friday and Saturday afternoon between 3:00pm and 6:00pm

Tuesday to Sunday 9am to 3pm (Breakfast/Brunch specials served 9am to 2pm)
Thurs/Fri/Sat Re-open at 6pm till 11pm for Evening menu (food served 6pm till 9:30pm)
